Material: We use fresh, machine grade ABS plastic, some manufacturers use recycled material to cut cost; which jeopardise the rigidity, lack of flexibility, products are very easy get broken and cracked;
Painting:Compare to cheap-made parts on the market, we use oven temperature profiling in painting process, between 100 and 150 degree, which maximises the quality of finish; better cohesion, less peeling and flaking off; also provides lighter overall weight;
Chrome plating：poor chrome parts often start to blister or peel in few month's outdoor exposure. While we utilise a minimum of two layers of nickel plating before the chrome plating is applied. It includes a layer of semi-bright nickel that is followed by a layer of bright nickel because the bright nickel is anodic to semi-bright nickel, making it resist corrosion better and last.
Precise fitment：We completely rebuild and remodel the mold after every 5000 pieces made, to ensure the mold stay in precision, so our grilles always fit the car perfect.
