    Description

    500 Series 12 in. Replacement Stem for the Mansfield style wall hydrant manufactured from 1970-2006. This replacement stem is for the “Old Style” full-turn 500 series Mansfield style wall hydrants only. The stem comes complete with right and left hand packing and is pre-tapped (threaded) for the handle screw.
    Replacement stem is 12 in. overall length and will work for the model 578-08* and 579-08* full-turn “old style” Mansfield hydrants (8 in. model hydrants have 12 in. overall length replacement stems)
    Right hand and left hand graphite packing's are included
    Pre-tapped (threaded) for the handle screw
